The terms of listing here
Plainly: this is a directory of practitioners, not a clinic. What follows is what we promise you, and what we ask of you in return.
What iBody Network is
A directory of holistic practitioners in Springfield, Missouri, and later in other cities. We introduce people to practitioners. We do not provide care, employ practitioners, supervise their work, set their prices, or take a share of what they charge.
A listing is not a guarantee of anything. It means someone in the network put their name behind you, and we accepted that.
Membership
Membership is by invitation from an existing member and approval by us. We may decline an application, and we are not obliged to give a reason beyond the one we give you.
Your listing
What you tell us needs to be true — your credentials, your licence status, your profession, the work you actually do. If something changes, tell us and we will update it; do not submit a second application, which creates a duplicate.
You are responsible for the care you provide and for carrying whatever licensure, certification and insurance your work requires. Those are yours, not ours. The relationship between you and a client is between the two of you.
Money
Founding Members receive the standard listing free for life. The Featured tier is optional and paid; its current price is set out in your invitation and can be cancelled at any time. Nothing else is ever billed, and no card is required to hold a standard listing.
Anyone referred by a member receives a free year of the standard listing, after which the standard annual rate applies unless you tell us you would rather not continue.
Events
Only listed members may submit events to the network calendar. We check that every submission comes from a listing before it appears, and we may decline or remove one that is not what it says it is.
Removing a listing
You can ask us to remove your listing at any time, for any reason, and we will.
We may remove a listing if it misrepresents who someone is or what they do, if we learn of harm to a client, or if a member breaks these terms. Removal is not a judgement about anyone's practice beyond those facts.
The rest
The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise it will never be wrong or never be down, and to the extent Missouri law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from a listing or from a practitioner's work.
These terms are governed by the law of Missouri. If any part turns out to be unenforceable, the rest stands.
